Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Swansea. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and employees.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to deter and prevent security incidents
• Respond to and investigate security breaches and alarms
• Control access to facilities and screen visitors
• Conduct thorough searches of individuals and property
• Report and document all security incidents and observations
• Liaise with law enforcement and other emergency responders as needed
• Maintain records and logs related to security activities
• Ensure security equipment is in working order
• Follow all established security protocols and procedures

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Security Operations or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent physical fitness and quick response time
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and observant
• Proficient in security technology and equipment
• Working knowledge of relevant security regulations and industry best practices
• Clear criminal record
