EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the premises
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility
• Respond to security breaches and emergencies
• Report suspicious activities or incidents to management
• Maintain a clean and organized security environment
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
• Stay up-to-date with security best practices and protocols
• Use security equipment such as CCTV cameras, intercom systems, and access control devices
• Prepare and file security reports
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical fitness and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of security principles and procedures
• Proficiency in using security equipment and technology
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
